Senior Producer

Free Range Games is seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Producer to manage teams on their biggest game. The Senior Producer will work closely with the Production Director and the rest of the production team to oversee various aspects of the game's development cycle, from concept to release. Responsibilities include supporting the Production Director, improving pipelines for efficiency, leading cross-disciplinary teams, ensuring high quality, and fostering internal communication. The ideal candidate should have intermediate to senior level experience in producing or developing console and PC games, as well as experience managing distributed teams and strong communication skills.

• Ability to support the Production Director in the oversight of a 100+ team
• Establish/improve pipelines to maximize efficiency and design implementation
• Proactively identify and mitigate bottlenecks to keep the team running smoothly
• Lead day-to-day production of cross-disciplinary teams
• Work with the team to gather estimates, compose schedules, and track progress
• Ensure high quality by reviewing the game as a potential customer
• Communicate constantly with the team and foster internal communication
• Manage time efficiently with task prioritization, resource coordination, risk assessment, and proactive problem solving
• Work closely with the rest of the Production team and department leads, keeping them informed of any issues or needs
• Determine agendas and run efficient meetings
• Foster a positive team culture and an environment that motivates everyone to bring their best
