Senior Paid Social Executive

The job overview for this role is that it is a Senior Executive position within the Paid Social team, focused on driving growth and innovation in social media marketing. They will be responsible for designing and managing high-performance ad campaigns across various social channels, while also contributing to the overall strategy of Paid Social. • Design, create, and manage high-performance ad campaigns across core Social Channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok & Linkedin)
• Stay up to date with current social media trends and incorporate them into marketing campaigns
• Develop strong analytical skills and turn insights into action
• Contribute to the strategy of Paid Social and continuously innovate to provide value for MVF and clients
• Work closely with channel account managers
• Gain insights into campaign execution, strategy, and emerging trends
• Create thumb-stopping videos for short form content
• Have at least 12 months of hands-on Paid Social experience
• Embrace learning opportunities and be resilient in the face of failed tests
• Be proactive and adaptable to changing tasks
• Use data to draw valuable insights and improve ad performance
• Stay curious and constantly question current practices and seek improvement
• Communicate challenges and opportunities effectively to colleagues
• Provide coaching and mentoring to others
• Have experience with Canva and video editing tools

• At least 12 months of hands-on Paid Social experience
• Content creation experience, particularly in creating thumb-stopping videos
• Resilience and ability to embrace learning opportunities from failed tests
• Proactive and adaptable to changing tasks
• Strong analytical skills to draw insights from campaign data
• Inquisitive mindset to constantly question and improve digital marketing strategies
• Effective communication skills to articulate challenges and opportunities to colleagues
• Coaching/mentoring experience is desirable
• Canva/video editing experience is desirable
