Senior Network Engineer

• Plan, build, and operate the next-generation network infrastructure for the research-driven quantitative trading business, utilizing both on-prem and cloud technologies.
• Own the network platform roadmap and collaborate with other systems and software teams on projects and improvements.
• Optimize the performance, latency, and resilience of the environment, propose and implement new automation and monitoring tools and methods, and manage capacity planning.
• Identify and address problems proactively, taking ownership of incident response and escalations.
• Mentor, coach, and collaborate with the team and the company.
• Strengthen network security by testing, configuring, and deploying new technologies and tools.
• Interface with leading vendors to stay updated on upcoming and innovative solutions.
• Possess at least 5 years of highly relevant, hands-on professional experience.
