About The Position

The Senior Manager Program Management, Inventory Optimizations - Transfers at Nordstrom is responsible for leading the Intra-Network Inventory Movement program, which involves the transfer of 40 million units of inventory annually. Responsibilities

• Define desired inventory movement capability for transfers and evolve current systems and processes.
• Establish program action items and KPIs, monitor progress, and share updates with stakeholders.
• Support advancement of the transfer technology platform (DEXTR).
• Integrate with interdependent work tracks such as Customer Returns, Return to Vendor, and Inventory Loss.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Stores to understand their needs in transfer activities.
