Product team, you will design and deliver best in class, innovative and data driven technology products that delight customers. We're passionate about building platform software for the next generation of technologists at Capital One and are looking for someone excited to build tech platforms at scale.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience working in Product Management.
• A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field or a Master's Degree in a quantitative field or an MBA with a quantitative concentration.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into digital products.
• Experience building data protection products.
• AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification.
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect certification or extensive experience in AWS.
• 5+ years of experience in Agile product management.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver innovative and data-driven technology products.
• Collaborate with tech teams to build comprehensive acceptance criteria.
• Break down business epics into features and user stories.
• Support in prioritizing feature development roadmaps.
• Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding.
• Gain a deep understanding of customer experience and identify product gaps.
• Work autonomously in an agile environment to develop features.
• Collaborate with designers, technologists, and data scientists.
• Participate in horizontal forums to build relationships among teams.
• Articulate a succinct product roadmap to deliver business value.
