About The Position

We're looking for a Sr. Manager, People Operations & Systems who thrives at the intersection of systems, people, and strategy. In this role, you'll lead critical People Ops initiatives-from HR tech implementation to benefits and lifecycle programs-with a relentless focus on creating scalable, seamless, and people-centered processes. You'll play a key role in optimizing our People infrastructure, enabling a best-in-class employee experience that supports Homeward's rapid growth and mission-driven culture.
