The U.S. Commercial Oncology organization is seeking a Senior Manager of Marketing Analytics, Reporting & AI Innovation, Oncology reporting to the Director of Commercial Analytics for Oncology. The primary responsibility for this position is to provide analytic leadership and integrate marketing and sales information.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required; degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Economics or similar and a concentration in marketing/sales/quantitative analysis preferred.
  • This position requires 7+ years of professional experience and relevant experience in quantitative analysis of sales and marketing information and the use of this information in the development of business plans and strategies.
  • Strong leadership skills and a proven ability to work closely and effectively with all corporate functions and senior management.
  • Demonstrates strong project management skills and ability to multi-task.
  • Must exhibit proficiency commensurate with grade in the following competencies: anticipate future needs, build collaborative partnerships, design and implement innovative solutions, demystify complex information, communicate insights and solutions and coach for greater team effectiveness.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in developing AI/ML models, particularly in deep learning, reinforcement learning or NLP.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, R, TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, or similar AI/ML frameworks.

  • Master's Degree preferred.
  • Previous Pharmaceutical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead National Performance Reporting for franchise V in collaboration with cross-functional partners and syndicated data vendors.
  • Ensure data integrity and quality of reporting through triangulation across multiple sources.
  • Strengthen the brand team understanding of marketplace performance and opportunities through tracking and analysis of physician, account, patient, and competitive data at a national and sub-national level.
  • Partner with brand and sales leadership to align national performance reporting to key priorities and marketing and sales force execution.
  • Meaningfully communicate insights and information to a broad group of stakeholders through exceptional oral and written communication.
  • Lead innovation and quarterback across all Generative AI initiatives within MABI Oncology.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of Oncology AI strategy, particularly in the area of generative models ensuring alignment with MABI Oncology long term objectives.
  • Analyze and interpret performance data to identify key trends, opportunities and areas of improvement. Deliver actionable insights that drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with marketing, finance, market access, BTS and other cross-functional partners to align on key performance indicators and ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reporting channels.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define and track critical KPIs for the business, ensuring alignment with overall brand objectives. Regularly update stakeholders on national performance metrics and progress towards goals.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and accuracy of performance reporting processes. Recommend and implement best practices in data collection, analysis and reporting.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the field of generative AI sharing insights with internal teams and advancing team's AI acumen.
  • Design and deploy scalable AI models that can be integrated into production systems, ensuring high performance, security and reliability.
  • Work closely with brand analytics teams to design and deploy AI models that address business challenges.
  • Effectively communicate results of complex analytical models and influence action to improve brand performance.
