About The Position
The Senior Manager, IT Technical Operations Business Partner will play a pivotal role in supporting Avidity's Technical Operations teams by driving a robust digital strategy that is essential for the success of our R&D pipeline and operational excellence. Working with the TechOps Leadership Team(s), he or she creates and maintains a TechOps IS strategy and roadmap, aligned to business goals and identifying opportunities where IS can bring about efficiencies, embed quality, and drive business innovation. As a business partner, he or she leads the delivery of the roadmap and ensures effective adoption of new solutions, while ensuring best-in-class customer experience. Business partners include, but are not limited to: Analytics and Formulations, Clinical Supply, and Commercial Supply Chain.
