About The Position

As a Senior Manager, ETF Fund Operations, you will manage a team of analysts performing daily/monthly review of components of NAV (Net Asset Value), and ETF basket creation processes. You will coordinate and manage departmental workflows, participate in and execute strategy and initiatives set forth by senior leadership, and work to recommend changes to systems, processes, responsibilities, and reporting. Additionally, you will coordinate testing of new technology prior to roll out into production and report results to peers and managers. You will provide technical leadership and act as a technical resource to the group, as well as other areas of Fidelity. Monitoring and assessing the department's control environment, you will identify potential issues and their impact on internal controls and drive a course of action to mitigate risk. You will also raise operational incidents to senior management and the Risk team, managing the resolution process, and lead and maintain relationships with business partners and expectations of service levels. A strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations, financial markets, ETF industry, as well as knowledge of Mutual Funds is essential.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of industry experience, preferably in Mutual Fund and/or ETF.
  • Strong ETF and Accounting knowledge.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Prior people management experience.
  • Focus on innovation and driving change initiatives.
  • Strong capability to form relationships, provide clear direction, and build effective teams.
  • Interpersonal skills and an ability to work horizontally and vertically within the organizations.
