As the Senior Manager, Data Science and Analytics, you will lead our efforts in leveraging data to drive strategic decisions, optimize our products, and enhance user experiences across our platforms. You will build and lead a high-performing team of data scientists and analysts to unlock insights from on-chain and off-chain datasets and drive actionable recommendations.

  • Lead and manage the data science and analytics team, providing mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Finance to define data-driven strategies and priorities and set the data science roadmap, optimizing for impact.
  • Drive collaboration between data science and product/engineering to deliver insights that drive current product development and help to prioritize future product roadmap items.
  • Ensure high quality, timely work by the data science team that is translated in the most impactful way to stakeholders.
  • Design and execute experiments to measure the impact of new product features and initiatives.
  • Establish and maintain scalable processes for data collection, preprocessing, modeling, and analysis.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner on a regular basis that allows insights to inform actions on an ongoing basis.
  • Stay current with industry trends and advancements in data science, machine learning, AI, and blockchain technology, and apply them to enhance our products and services.
  • Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
  • Proven experience (12+ years) in a data science or analytics role, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
  • Strong proficiency in statistical analysis, machine learning techniques, and programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL.
  • Experience working with large-scale datasets and distributed computing frameworks.
  • Deep understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency markets is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex findings into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
