About the position
The Senior Manager, CRM Growth Marketing at Rent the Runway will be responsible for developing and implementing a best-in-class CRM strategy across email, push, and SMS channels. They will work closely with the Revenue team to create personalized cross-channel communications and report on the impact of each program. The role involves administering Rent the Runway's email, push, and SMS capabilities, creating monthly calendars, executing creative briefs, and conducting ongoing testing to improve email performance. The Senior Manager will also be responsible for reporting on CRM performance and staying informed on market trends and retention best practices.
Responsibilities
- Build a best-in-class CRM strategy across email, push, and SMS
- Administer Rent the Runway's email, push, and SMS capabilities
- Develop monthly evergreen email and push calendars
- Partner with brand and revenue teams to message important updates to RTR customers
- Align on critical behaviors and how CRM aligns to those behaviors
- Execute creative briefs for new and existing campaigns
- Execute ongoing testing regimen to improve email performance
- Create detailed customer journey flows with actionable triggers
- Report on CRM performance and the impact of email, push, and SMS on the business
- Stay informed on market trends and retention best practices
- Bachelor's Degree and 6-7+ years of experience on a revenue or growth marketing team
- Experience working directly on email initiatives at a consumer brand
- Experience creating and executing monthly email calendars
- Experience in reporting on the impact of email, push, and SMS
- Ability to work in a competitive, fast-paced and challenging environment
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree and 6-7+ years of experience on a revenue or growth marketing team
- Experience working directly on email initiatives at a consumer brand
- Experience creating and executing monthly email calendars
- Experience in reporting on the impact of email, push, and SMS
- Experience with Sailthru and Looker are a plus
- Ability to work in a competitive, fast-paced and challenging environment and the want to work across multiple cross-functional teams
- Critical thinking and problem solving with a positive attitude is a must
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail
