The Senior Manager of Content Strategy will support the planning, messaging and storytelling across Macy's primary digital and store touchpoints, crafting content about our brand, customers, products and trends. The Senior Manager will own Macys.com homepage editorial strategy, support category page and SEO storytelling, bring to life interactive content initiatives and inspire our in-store customers to drive engagement, revenue and brand love. They must balance promotional messaging with compelling editorial, optimizing our assets based on data & insights to enable the best customer and business outcomes. It's a critical role that sits at the intersection of Brand and Marketing Strategy, Creative, Merchants, Digital Site Merchandising, Visual Merchandising and Customer & Digital. The Senior Manager must be adept at communicating across departments, building consensus, weighing trade-offs, and making clear recommendations that achieve cross-company goals. The ideal candidate has deep experience in architecting content strategies, crafting digital and/or product copy, and synthesizing pop culture and style trends into content and CTAs that inspire our target customers to act.
