About The Position
Harbor’s Edge is a premier 5-star, resort-style Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) located alongside the beautiful harbor in Norfolk, Virginia. Our community consists of 300 Independent Living Residential Units, a 33-bed (Medicare/private) Skilled Nursing Healthcare Unit, a 33-bed Assisted Living Unit, and 15-bed Memory Support Unit. Harbor's Edge is seeking a full-time Senior Maintenance Technician [Electrician] to join our Plant Operations Team at our state-of-the-art facility located in downtown Norfolk. Responsible for performing preventative maintenance, repairs on water source heat pumps, rooftop units, pumps, and plate heat exchangers. Mainly indoor work orders. Candidates must demonstrate strong technical skills, including installation and troubleshooting of heating and cooling systems. Additionally, the successful candidate must have strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
