About The Position
The HR for HR organization is currently seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team supporting our Boeing Global Services (BGS) business unit. This role can be located in Hazelwood, MO; Berkeley, MO; Seattle, WA; Renton, WA; Everett, WA; Mesa, AZ; Plano, TX; North Charleston, SC; Jacksonville, FL or San Antonio, TX. Our team is open to a broad range of experience levels including Level 4 and Level 5 Specialists to find the best fit for this position. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team aimed at shaping the future of HR. You will have the opportunity to be a strategic advisor to executive leaders, serving as a point of connectivity to the broader HR network and guiding HR services for Business Units/Functions. This position provides direct HRBP support to approximately 180 employees at various levels. The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will be instrumental in building a distinguished HR brand and developing a robust pipeline of top HR talent, strategically aligning individuals with the right positions while fostering an engaging environment that empowers HR to maximize its impact on business outcomes. Additionally, the HRBP will evaluate and refine the business model to implement standardized workflows, driving cost savings and operational efficiencies, while ensuring compliance and promoting a proactive culture of continuous improvement, safety, and employee engagement to enhance overall business performance.
