This is a hybrid opportunity, requiring 3 days onsite our corporate office in either Boston, MA OR Rolle, CH. You will have direct input to our mission to democratize data-driven medicine for the ultimate benefit of cancer and rare disease patients across the globe.

  • Develop and Manage Financial Models: Create, maintain, and optimize complex financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, scenario planning, and strategic decision-making.
  • Coordinate and Consolidate Inputs: Act as a pivotal point of contact, gathering, coordinating, and consolidating inputs from other FP&A team members to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment across the financial model.
  • 3-Statement Analysis: Support the preparation of the 3-statement model for forecasting—Profit & Loss (P&L), Balance Sheet (BS), and Cash Flow statements—ensuring accuracy, consistency, and seamless alignment across financial reports to drive strategic insights.
  • Scenario and Sensitivity Analysis: Conduct in-depth scenario modeling to evaluate potential business outcomes and their financial impact.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments and finance team members to gather inputs, explain financial concepts, and support ad hoc projects.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities to streamline financial reporting, automate workflows, and enhance data accuracy.
  • Support Finance Operations: Assist other finance team members with forecasting, variance analysis, and special financial projects as needed.
  • Minimum of 4 years in FP&A, financial modeling, or a similar finance role.
  • Experience in the life sciences or Biotech industries is a plus.
  • Deep understanding of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and their interdependencies.
  • A spreadsheet wizard, with advanced skills in modeling (including macros, and complex formulas).
  • Experience with financial planning tools (e.g., Planful) is a strong asset.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
  • A self-starter who is adaptable, eager to learn, and continuously seeks to improve processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and quantitative skills, as well as curiosity and a passion for research.
  • Effective communicator who can break down convoluted technical concepts into simple business vernacular.
  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics or related field. Masters degree is preferred.
