About the position
We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our finance team and work closely with our G&A teams. This role, reporting to the Director of Corporate FP&A, requires a strong foundation in FP&A and a track record of successful business partnering. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, process-oriented, and possess excellent communication and collaboration skills. Key responsibilities include strategic alignment, headcount forecasting, financial modeling, process improvement, and reporting. Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in finance or a related field, 2-4 years of FP&A experience, SaaS experience, and proficiency in financial reporting systems and Excel.
Responsibilities
- Partner with G&A functional leaders to ensure alignment of strategic objectives into budget and forecast development, including worldwide resource planning
- Drive efficient headcount forecasts across the G&A segment
- Create and maintain driver-based financial models
- Build multiple forecast scenarios with business partner input
- Create and manage financial KPI/dashboards
- Identify, recommend, and drive process improvement initiatives to enable efficiencies and scale across the organization
- Assist in the preparations of management reports, quarterly business reviews, and monthly financial updates
- Develop and/or enhance key metrics that bring insightful and actionable insights
- Complete tracking and backup for monthly accrual, flux, and reporting activities
- Perform ad hoc analyses as needed
- Planning system administration
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in varying FP&A roles, SaaS experience strongly preferred
- Prior experience with Financial Reporting systems, Netsuite and Adaptive Planning strongly preferred
- Prior business partnering experience, or demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional leaders strongly preferred
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Superior analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively translate for non-finance audiences of varying levels
- Excellent modeling skills; proficiency in Excel
- High performance standards with high ethical values and passion for excellence
- Proven ability to operate and succeed within a fast-paced environment
- Comfort with large data sets
- Experience building dashboards
- Experience with SFDC and other business information systems
- Comfort with ambiguity
- Adaptive Planning experience

- Competitive annual base salary ($128,000-$138,000)
