About the position
We are seeking a high-performing individual to support expense planning for our global business. This role, reporting to the Sr. Manager of Corporate FP&A, involves complex financial analysis of forecasts, budgets, operating metrics, and cash flows for multiple functions within the company. The successful candidate will partner with senior leaders to develop budgets, improve business processes, and build strong relationships across multiple organizations. A bachelor's degree in finance or accounting, along with 4+ years of work experience, is required for this role. Strong financial modeling skills, the ability to prioritize tasks independently, and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets are also necessary.
Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leaders to develop annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and analyze monthly results for various functions
- Prepare ad hoc analyses and key findings to optimize capital allocation
- Support the growth of teams and organization structure through headcount forecasting and reconciliation processes
- Track and approve requisitions/POs/invoices in alignment with budgets
- Be curious, ask questions, identify and implement process improvements
- Build strong relationships across multiple organizations in the US and Europe
- Understand forecasting, financial modeling, and business planning processes
- Clearly articulate information verbally and in writing/presentations
- Prioritize and complete tasks independently in a timely manner
- Personify key values of being humble, team-oriented, customer-first, and exemplify a growth mindset
- Utilize advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills
- Experience with Adaptive Insights or similar financial planning tools is a plus
- SaaS business experience is a plus
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting with 4+ years of work experience
