About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join ServiceNow as a Senior Field Marketing Manager, Financial Services in Americas Enterprise Field Marketing. In this role, you will define and deliver a marketing plans, activity and pipeline maturation for our AMS Financial Services teams. You will work closely with internal stakeholders across Marketing and other functions to drive collaboration of deliverables across various teams, including but not limited to website, events, social/paid media, communications, operations, field programs, webinars and manage external vendor relationships to effectively develop, activate, and measure your programs. The individual filling this role will have campaign and demand generation marketing experience with an understanding of industry focused programs, strong project management skills, be detail-oriented, and have expertise in and a passion for delivering amazing campaigns along the customers journey.

Requirements

  • 12+ years' experience in B2B marketing with a focus on demand generation and digital marketing; industry specific marketing experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful demand generation strategies that drive pipeline growth and revenue; keen focus to demand funnel metrics and maturing pipeline.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
  • Solid ability to develop, lead and execute integrated campaigns, using industry-leading frameworks, such as Forrester/Sirius Decisions or ITSMA.
  • Experience working with global teams and external partners, with a proven ability to build collaborative relationships.
  • Resourceful self-starter, capable of setting strategy and then executing on it in depth.
  • Must be adept at project management and exhibit operational excellence, able to execute on multiple programs requiring cross-functional stakeholder support.
  • A passion for metrics and data to influence decisions with the curiosity to dive deeper and pivot based on data; experience using reporting and dashboard tools, preferably Tableau.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing trends and tools and how best to strategically apply for success in a campaign.
  • Exceptional team player with precise and effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with Marketing Automation, preferably Marketo; hands-on experience not required.
  • Self-starter with high energy, 'can do' personality and desire to thrive in a fast-paced growth environment.

Responsibilities

  • Define and deliver the AMS FinServ industry marketing plan to drive demand and pipeline creation for the region.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders and leaders to define effective AMS industry campaign plans, leveraging key partners, internal teams and third party vendors.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the customer journey and buyer personas to inform marketing strategies and tactics specific to an industry segment and in alignment with our broader marketing campaigns.
  • Define and manage content creation or curation needs for integrated campaigns and drive collaboration of deliverables across various teams, including website, events, social/paid media, communications, operations, field programs, webinars and more.
  • Manage your marketing budget and ensure that all marketing activities are aligned with business objectives and roll up accurately to the AMS Financial Services Field Marketing overall budget expectations.
  • Work with marketing operations to ensure all tracking requirements are in place for necessary performance reporting.
  • Manage a clear cadence of reporting, monitor program performance, and identify areas for improvement; use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve campaign outcomes.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in demand generation.
