About the position
We are looking for a highly-motivated and results-oriented Engineering Manager (Senior) to lead our development teams and oversee all engineering aspects of our product ecosystem. This includes product development, enhancements, maintenance, and support. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the engineering teams, focusing on throughput, quality, extensibility/sustainability, usability, predictability, and velocity. They will also collaborate with other teams to develop new products, features, and releases, ensuring compatibility with the current product ecosystem and delivering clear business value.

- Highly-motivated and results-oriented Engineering Manager (Senior)
- Experience in leading and managing engineering teams
- Strong skills in hiring, onboarding, coaching, and mentoring team members
- Ability to establish and refine processes to maximize engineering efficiency
- Experience in tracking team and individual performances and setting team OKRs/KPIs
- Collaboration with Product, QA, and Technical Configuration Specialist teams
- Ability to drive execution of projects and improve software quality
- Scrum Master experience, leading daily stand-ups and resolving impediments
- Proficiency in managing JIRA and maintaining documentation of Engineering products and codebase
- Strong presentation skills to provide updates on Engineering progress with metrics
- Supportive of the company culture and values
