About The Position

As a Senior eCommerce Capability Manager, you will lead the development of our global strategy and roadmap for our eCommerce capability, ensuring maximum value realization now while also focusing on future fit. You will collaborate closely with business and regional leadership to evolve our strategy and roadmap, ensuring we build capabilities that meet customer and business needs, driving satisfaction and revenue growth. Your role will involve harmonizing the eCommerce strategy with other channel leaders to create a cohesive digital customer experience and align stakeholders across the organization. You will shape the creation and delivery of global eCommerce initiatives, aligning with the company's strategic vision to scale this critical capability as a key growth driver. Additionally, you will develop the Strategy, Plan, and Roadmap for eCommerce globally, serve as a critical contact for business and regional leadership, and drive eCommerce capability maturation forward.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in eCommerce/Digital Marketing or similar roles.
  • Proven experience in senior-level digital marketing/eCommerce roles.
  • Expertise in core eCommerce platforms/technologies.
  • Exceptional strategic leadership ability.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to communicate business cases, strategy, and roadmap effectively.

Nice To Haves

  • Healthcare technology marketing experience.
  • MBA preferred, preferably in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of the global eCommerce strategy and roadmap.
  • Collaborate with business and region leadership to evolve the eCommerce strategy.
  • Harmonize eCommerce strategy with other channel leaders for a cohesive digital customer experience.
  • Shape and deliver global eCommerce initiatives aligned with the company's strategic vision.
  • Develop business cases demonstrating business outcomes and influence executive support.
  • Drive and validate the roadmap of eCommerce activity across the Digital Center of Excellence.
  • Lead the 3-to-5-year strategy development for eCommerce capabilities.
  • Ensure development and implementation of customer-centric best-in-class capabilities.
  • Socialize eCommerce standards and best practices organization-wide.
  • Provide direction and oversight to IT partners for eCommerce capabilities and technology.
