About The Position
You will be part of our Inspection Business Unit engineering team for the Advanced Packaging products that includes inspection and overlay metrology technologies for defect detection and critical dimensions measurements. You will manage a multi discipline systems engineering team for the inspection and metrology products that support the advanced packaging semiconductor market. The systems engineers are the technical leads for the product development program, receiving requirements from product marketing and delivering system level product specs. You will ensure the team allocates specifications for a system by developing error budgets and performing system level analysis as sensitivity and tolerance analysis. You will provide leadership and coaching to further broaden systems team knowledge across engineering disciplines. You will drive systems engineering accountability from requirements to product release and provide customer support as needed. As part of the team your responsibilities will include active participation in the solution of technology limiters and performance limiters, teamwork with your peers and collaboration with other engineering groups, Marketing, PLC, and management teams!
