About The Position

The Senior DevOps Engineer role focuses on enhancing operational excellence through automation and engineering processes. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
• 6-8+ years of proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role.
• Proven experience as a software engineer or architect.
• Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Python.
• Proficiency in CI/CD using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, CircleCI, or similar systems.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Datadog, Cloudwatch, Prometheus, Grafana, or Splunk.
• Ability to write automation using common scripting/programming languages.

Nice To Haves

• Experience coaching or creating Dojo's for team development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Python.
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for application deployment.
• Utilize Docker, Git/GitHub, Artifactory, Ansible, Terraform, AWS, Azure, and Kubernetes in deployment processes.
• Implement monitoring and observability tools such as Datadog, Cloudwatch, Prometheus, Grafana, and Splunk.
• Write automation scripts using languages like Java, Ruby, Python, Perl, HTML, Cmake, YAML, JSON, or JavaScript.
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, and bug fixing on Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Collaborate with other DevOps engineers and communicate ideas effectively.
• Create clear and concise documentation for processes and systems.
