Senior Designer

This role is responsible for bringing Daily Harvest to life visually, digitally, experientially, and physically. The ideal candidate will have a passion for graphic design and will be responsible for overseeing art direction and design for Daily Harvest deliverables. They will also manage a team of designers, establish a clear brand visual identity style guide, and collaborate closely with the Creative Director to ensure strong communication between visual design, art direction, and messaging. This role requires a strong portfolio showcasing work across various platforms and a passion for brand building.

• Oversee the art direction and design for Daily Harvest deliverables
• Develop and elevate a vision for Daily Harvest's brand identity and presence
• Manage a team of designers and maintain Daily Harvest design standards
• Produce innovative and beautiful design solutions consistent with the brand image
• Establish and evolve a clear brand visual identity style guide
• Partner with creative leadership in concepting campaigns and executing deliverables
• Work closely with the Creative Director to ensure strong communication between visual design, art direction, and messaging
• Develop the visual design talent at Daily Harvest
• Assist Creative leadership in developing department and team goals
• Ideate strategic design solutions and engage with the design team
• Have a strong portfolio showcasing work across various platforms
• Lead large-scale projects from concept to execution
• Have experience in paid growth marketing
• Have a passion for brand building and a strong understanding of design systems
• Have advanced knowledge of Creative Suite

• 6+ years experience within the field of design
• Strong portfolio showcasing work across a range of platforms: digital, print, paid, packaging, and more
• Experienced in leading large-scale projects from concept to execution
• Experienced in paid growth marketing
• Passion for brand building and a strong understanding of how to maintain and evolve design systems
• Advanced Creative Suite knowledge
