About the position
Aktana is seeking a talented Senior Demand Generation Manager to join their Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building campaign plans based on demand generation best practices and validating buyer personas. They will work closely with internal stakeholders to create content that engages and educates targeted segments, drives demand, and meets business goals. Additionally, the Senior Demand Generation Manager will be accountable for tracking and analyzing campaign performance, optimizing campaigns, and reporting metrics to key stakeholders. This role requires at least 5 years of experience in planning and executing successful lead and demand generation tactics, with expertise in Pardot.
Responsibilities
- Build campaign plans based on demand gen best practices.
- Validate buyer personas and work with internal stakeholders on campaign plans; create the content required to drive campaigns (short-form content for social media, emails, SEO updates).
- Work with product marketing to derive product value campaigns for various buyer personas that differentiates product offering from that of the competition.
- Develop content and work with copywriters to develop content that will engage and educate targeted segments, drive demand, revenue and meet relevant business goals.
- Work with SEO agency to drive direction and manage the execution of recommendations.
- Create and manage demand generation campaign calendar, work with the broader marketing team and partners on deliverables and deadlines.
- Manage design and execution of email marketing, social, and other digital marketing executions.
- Accountable for ensuring all campaign leads are tracked, scored and routed appropriately, with a commitment to data hygiene; regularly analyze campaign performance.
- Share insights from campaign plan and actual campaign data; drive improvement in execution across content types and channels.
- Monitor prospect engagement by sales for timely lead conversion and follow up to maximize action and return on campaign investments.
- Continually measure campaign performance and share data for optimization. Regularly report campaign performance metrics to key stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience planning and executing successful lead and demand gen tactics including inbound marketing, email marketing, content marketing, SEO, PPC, and social media.
- Pardot expertise specifically required.
- Experience leveraging email, video, and social media platforms for demand generation campaigns.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud (CRM), Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Previously Pardot), LinkedIn, and Wordpress.
- Ability to build campaign plans based on demand gen best practices.
