Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 4 years in data science or analytics roles.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Demonstrated experience in data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, and machine learning.
• Working knowledge of Business Intelligence tools like Tableau.
• Strong ability in both written and verbal communication.
• Highly self-motivated with a keen curiosity about problem-solving.
• Willingness to take ownership of challenges and follow up with stakeholders.
• Confirmed ability to work multi-functionally as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

• Advanced degrees (Masters or PhD) are a plus.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
• Experience with analytics platforms like Databricks.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Product team to improve revenue, retention, and engagement metrics.
• Conduct A/B testing, perform insights analysis, and develop dashboards.
• Monitor and maintain the integrity of a wide range of tools and models used to streamline workflows and personalize the player experience.
• Design and develop projects within a GitHub environment.
• Continuously learn about analytics standard methodologies and actively share and promote these practices across various games and teams.
• Work on projects related to modeling the in-game economy, personalizing the in-game experience, or combating cheating and abusive behavior.
• Proactively bring forth new analytical approaches and data science solutions.
• Collaborate with engineers to drive central initiatives for improving the data and analytics infrastructure.
• Champion standard methodologies when defining telemetry events, architecting data models, and defining data quality governance.
