About the position
As a Senior Customer Success Manager at Postscript, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of our largest, high-growth customers and maximizing the value they receive from our product. You will build strong relationships with customers, understand their goals, and provide them with creative marketing strategies and best practices. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Head of Customer Success and the management team to improve our services and better serve our customer base. This is a fully remote position, and we are looking for someone with at least 4 years of customer management experience in SaaS marketing or ecommerce technology.
Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships and brand loyalty with customers
- Develop advisory relationships with assigned group of customers and ensure their growth with Postscript
- Own account growth through renewals and upsell opportunities
- Expand knowledge of customers' marketing, technology, and business needs
- Conduct marketing strategy sessions with customers, sharing best practices and developing innovative ideas for SMS
- Connect with customers and support their marketing efforts
- Triage technical issues with customers and the Postscript support team
- Maintain expert understanding of the Postscript product, e-commerce, and marketing knowledge
- Help implement and execute team priorities and initiatives
- 4+ years of customer management experience in SaaS marketing or ecommerce technology
- 1+ years of experience in a sales role, including Account Management, preferred
- Experience with technical products and/or demonstrated technical aptitude
- Advanced understanding of e-commerce businesses and emerging marketing trends

Benefits
- Salary range of USD $98,000 to $111,000 base plus variable compensation and significant equity regardless of location
