About The Position

The Senior Client Training Associate at Wolters Kluwer, CT Corporation, plays a crucial role in supporting sales growth for compliance services, particularly focusing on the entity management software application, hCue. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years equivalent experience in customer service and/or sales support.
  • Experience identifying and selling additional services to clients.
  • Experience making in-person presentations and providing training to clients.
  • Ability to formulate high-level and tactical strategies in the sales process.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
  • Experience coordinating multiple sales strategy projects.
  • Some experience troubleshooting technical issues (connectivity, hardware, software).
  • Experience forecasting, developing business plans, and executing them.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Contract negotiations experience.
  • Understanding of corporate compliance.
  • Understanding of finance and budget responsibilities.
  • Experience with record keeping and order entry systems (One World, Arrow, Voyager) and web-based applications (PlaceWare, WebEx, Salesforce.com).

Responsibilities

  • Support and maintain sales growth with CT's Compliance services.
  • Ensure clients are implemented after a sale is completed.
  • Coordinate with multiple internal and external groups for client onboarding.
  • Focus on client adoption through training and support.
  • Manage retention and renewal of assigned accounts.
  • Upsell existing services and cross-sell additional CT products.
  • Learn and stay informed on the CT product suite.
  • Provide leadership and direction regarding sales opportunities in corporate compliance matters.
  • Represent Wolters Kluwer within the industry and territory.
  • Contribute to sales planning and forecasting activities.
