About The Position
Aon is looking for a Senior Associate, Client Success Manager - Hybrid. This role provides the opportunity to partner with a portfolio of industry specific clients, allowing you to establish relationships and provide data insights to build a plan for their compensation strategies and decisions. With the use of our leading global source of benchmark data, Radford McLagan Compensation Database, the Client Success Manager will support clients in understanding year over year changes to job architecture, platform experience and new report results to drive better workforce decisions. This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Santa Clara, CA office.
