About The Position
As a Senior Associate on DoorDash's Merchant Strategy & Operations (S&O) team, you will own the strategy and success of our Merchant applications (web and mobile), including the foundations of user access and permissions. You will grow adoption and engagement by launching new features, building the product roadmap, uncovering insights in the data and merchant feedback, and testing new ideas for product-market fit. You will solve problems by digging into details, executing quickly in the face of ambiguity, and building strong cross-functional collaboration. On the Merchant team, you'll get to the lowest level of detail by partnering with our Engineering, Product, Sales, Finance, Marketing, Analytics teams. You will also analyze our data to develop hypotheses for new ways to achieve your goals. You'll test these hypotheses in the market and refine your approach to develop best-in-world solutions. And, you'll also make sure to capture the Merchant voice in everything we do.
