About The Position

The Senior Associate - Health, Equity and Wellbeing (HEW) Placement Specialist is responsible for overseeing and facilitating the selection and placement of various health and wellbeing vendors. This role serves as a communication liaison between the WTW Global Delivery Center (GDC) and client service teams, ensuring effective delivery of vendor placement activities and maintaining high-quality standards in project execution.

Requirements

  • Experience as a project manager of health and wellbeing projects or similar health management or wellbeing related role
  • BA/BS degree required
  • Superb organizational ability, including capability of managing and prioritizing many simultaneous projects
  • Superior ability to influence and collaborate with colleagues, including keeping senior colleagues on task
  • Team-oriented mindset and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated written/verbal communication skills, collaboration, and partnership experience
  • Flexibility and proven ability to diagnose and resolve issues
  • Demonstrated strategic, creative, problem-solving, and analytic skills
  • Self-starter attitude and ability to work with ambiguity
  • Adept at using technology to accomplish goals, comfortable with virtual settings for colleague interactions
  • Intellectual curiosity and desire to keep abreast of latest developments in health management
  • Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

  • Actively manages RFP process for the Placement Center of Expertise
  • Demonstrates strong knowledge of emerging vendors and market trends in the EAP and mental health marketplace
  • Works with GDC to manage the RFP timeline and ensure effective delivery of vendor placement activities
  • Provides technical and consultative review of GDC work product
  • Completes quality surveys and evaluates deliverables by GDC
  • Builds relationships and collaborates effectively with client service teams
  • Develops a trusted relationship with GDC through effective communication and efficient project execution
  • Validates technical and consulting accuracy on client deliverables for placement
  • Anticipates and identifies opportunities for placement operational efficiencies, including additional trainings
  • Summarizes carrier RFP responses into client-ready deliverables
  • Leverages knowledge of vendor landscape, available products/solutions and carrier/vendor differentiators to inform and influence clients' placement strategies
