Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Proven proficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing complex datasets.
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Nice To Haves

• A Master's degree from an accredited institution in Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field is preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and Power Query.
• Significant experience in dashboard design.
• Expertise in ETL processes.
• 3+ years of experience in a data analysis role.

Responsibilities

• Lead collaborations with diverse business units to understand data needs and provide actionable insights that drive strategic decisions.
• Expertly utilize SQL to query and extract data for both scheduled and ad-hoc reports, ensuring timely delivery of insights.
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies by coordinating with relevant teams to ensure consistency and alignment.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and currency of reports.
• Mentor and support team members on ongoing projects, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to deadlines.
• Address ad-hoc requests with precision, delivering timely, tailored data solutions.
