About The Position
The Sr Analyst within the Specialty Analytics team will be responsible for developing analytical models, methodologies, reports, and process changes that support the company's strategy initiatives. The Sr Analyst will design, develop, and deliver innovative analytic solutions, construct and manipulate large datasets to support planned analysis, using Alteryx/Dataiku, SQL, Tableau, PowerBI, Python, Teradata, and similar business intelligence tools. The Sr Analyst will own problem analysis, solution validation, risk management, issue resolution/escalation and stakeholder engagement processes. The Sr Analyst will develop tools, dashboards, and processes to support, manage and report on various business innovation strategies, oversee day-to-day aspects of assigned moderate to complex projects to ensure each project is delivered timely. The Sr. Analyst will engage with diverse stakeholders, driving alignment and fostering productive working relationships in a dynamic environment.
