About the position
We are seeking a Senior Account Manager with expertise in retail marketing to join our team. The role involves delivering retailer marketing toolkits and maximizing sales opportunities in-store. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of POS, digital, social, and print, as well as the ability to ensure brand compliance and cohesion. This position requires exceptional interpersonal skills, creative thinking, and leadership to drive successful projects and campaigns. Reporting to the Account Director, this fast-paced and exciting role involves coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve outstanding results.
Responsibilities
- Delivering Retailer marketing toolkits and supporting to maximize sales opportunities in-store
- Understanding and implementing POS, digital, social, and print marketing strategies
- Ensuring that all Retailer marketing material is compliant with brand guidelines
- Providing inspiration and driving force for the account and wider agency team
- Building respect and trust through interpersonal skills, creative thinking, and leadership
- Coordinating internal and external stakeholders for project and campaign success
- Maintaining a clear strategy and direction for projects to achieve the best outcome
- Getting involved in a busy, fun, and fast-paced account
- Being ambitious, enthusiastic, organized, and personable with a keen interest in marketing
