Senior Account Manager

We are seeking a Senior Account Manager to join our team at RAPP. This role will involve working on one of our largest accounts, BBC T. Manage and maintain client relationships for the BBC T account

Work closely with the TVL - Client Partnership team

Report to Line Manager Rose Gordon

Collaborate with Team Lead Nikki Price-Williams

Oversee a team of 12 individuals

Advocate for diversity and inclusion in the workplace

• Bright and confident Senior Account Manager
• Experience working on large accounts
• Experience working with BBC TV Licensing (TVL) is a plus
• Strong marketing strategy and communication skills
• Ability to develop campaigns across multiple channels
• Willingness to learn from industry experts in strategy, data, research, and behavioral sciences
• Ability to shape customer experiences across various channels
• Strong marketing skills
• Familiarity with digital, face-to-face, and call center marketing
• Strong communication skills
