Security Ops Intern

KAYAK is seeking a Security Operations Intern to join their team in Concord, MA for the Fall. The intern will be responsible for tasks such as initial incident response triage, working with tools like Crowdstrike, Splunk, and Tenable, as well as patching and vulnerability remediation. This position requires working from the office at least 3 days a week.

• Initial Incident Response triage
• Work with Crowdstrike, Splunk, Tenable
• Patching and vulnerability remediation
• Review scans and alerts
• College Junior-level Computer Science or programming skills
• Understanding of Linux and or Windows operating system
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of Server hardware
• Python language experience
• Networking experience
• Enthusiasm for code quality, rigor in testing
• High energy, hungry to learn, not afraid to
