About The Position

The Security Officer at Bally's Quad Cities Casino & Hotel is responsible for ensuring the safety and protection of guests, employees, and company property. This role involves maintaining a service culture that prioritizes superior guest service, overseeing physical security, and reporting any suspicious activities. The position offers a starting wage of $15 per hour and includes a $1000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates.

Requirements

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Prior security, safety, or loss prevention experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a Service Culture that ensures the delivery of superior internal/external guest service.
• Oversee the physical security of the casino and company assets.
• Ensure the physical safety of guests, employees, and property.
• Report any criminal or suspicious activity to the immediate supervisor.
• Ensure adherence to all regulatory, departmental, and company policies and procedures.
• Report any violations of company policy and procedures to the immediate supervisor.
• Knowledge of all promotions and events.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
