Requirements

• Demonstrate skill in dealing with guest complaints, using active listening skills to control difficult situations, and maintaining customer goodwill.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and special events.
• No experience or diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Patrol pedestrian and mobile facilities.
• Promote protection and safety of company assets, patrons, and team members.
• Enforce and adhere to all unit, department, and company policies and procedures; report incidents.
• Observe and report procedural violations and illegal activity.
• Fill out departmental log forms, verify all paperwork is complete and turned in at the conclusion of the shift.
• Assist with emergencies as directed.
