The Security Office Manager at Allied Universal Security Services is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our security office while supporting both our team and clients.

Requirements

  • 21+ Years of Age
  • Valid Driver's License
  • College Degree

  • Proficiency in web-based applications and computer systems, including Microsoft Office and Business Intelligence tools for metrics analysis, reporting, automation, and presentations

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Highly proficient project management skills; effective planning and organizing, innovative problem solving skills

  • Experience in Office Management: A minimum of 2-3 years of office management or administrative experience, preferably within a security or operations-focused environment.
  • Strong Multitasking Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining a high standard of work.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with staff, clients, and vendors.

  • Ability to Handle Sensitive Information: High level of discretion and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive employee or client information.
  • Customer Service Orientation: A strong focus on customer service, ensuring that both clients and staff receive the support and resources they need to succeed.
  • Experience Managing a Dispersed Workforce: Proven experience managing a dispersed workforce across multiple locations, ensuring smooth coordination, communication, and support across all sites.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the onboarding process for new security personnel, ensuring a seamless integration into the team.
  • Facilitate and oversee training programs to ensure all employees are well-prepared for their roles and compliant with company standards.
  • Develop and post job openings when site locations have staffing needs, ensuring timely recruitment of qualified candidates.
  • Conduct interviews, screen candidates, and hire qualified staff for various site locations based on client needs.
  • Ensure that security staff are properly equipped by managing uniform inventories and ordering supplies as necessary.
  • Oversee the ordering and distribution of office supplies to maintain operational efficiency.
