About The Position

The position involves greeting and engaging with all Community visitors, ensuring a warm and inviting first impression and experience. The role also includes ensuring the safety and security of residents, staff, and visitors, maintaining a safe and secure environment for our residents and team members, and supporting staff during emergency situations by responding promptly and following Community protocol.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or similar preferred
  • High School graduate or GED equivalent
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity
