About The Position

This position is for a Physician in various locations including Chinle, AZ; Inscription House, AZ; Kayenta, AZ; Pinon, AZ; Red Mesa, AZ; Tsaile, AZ; Bloomfield, NM; Crownpoint, NM; Gallup, NM; Shiprock, NM; and Tohatchi, NM. The role requires a Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from an accredited institution. Candidates must have a current, unrestricted medical license and at least one year of supervised clinical experience. Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from an accredited school.
• Current, active, full, and unrestricted medical license.
• At least one year of supervised clinical experience.
• Board Certified in the specialty to which the applicant is applying or actively pursuing Board Certification.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in Family Medicine/Family Practice.
• Completion of an accredited residency program within the past three years.
