About The Position

The Seasonal Associate at Lane Bryant is responsible for creating a welcoming store environment through customer engagement, contributing to the achievement of company goals. Requirements

• Strong sales or hospitality experience preferred with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient and confident in utilizing mobile technology (e.g., Registers and iPad) to engage with customers.
• Ability to adjust or move store fixtures and merchandise weighing up to 25 pounds frequently, and up to 50 pounds occasionally with assistance.
• Ability to retrieve merchandise displayed or stored above shoulder level, which may include climbing a 12-foot ladder.
