The Department of Natural Resources (DNR) has an exciting opportunity for a Human Resource Consultant Assistant (HRCA2) in our Southeast Region. In this position, you will report to the Human Resources Consultant 1. Effective communication and teamwork are essential, as you will be responsible for daily interactions—both verbal and written—with regional staff, division personnel, and the public. This role requires you to provide exceptional customer service to Southeast Region staff and supervisors while maintaining high standards of confidentiality and professionalism. Our ideal candidate will have a background in Human Resources or a related field, along with experience interpreting and applying rules, contracts, policies, procedures, and agency practices. Strong interpersonal skills are crucial, as well as the ability to establish, build, and maintain positive working relationships quickly.
