About The Position

The School-Based Therapist position at Pathways involves providing therapeutic services to students in a school setting. The therapist will maintain a caseload of consumers and is responsible for completing accurate and current records related to their caseload. This includes conducting various assessments and participating in case conferences and consultations with other staff as needed. The role requires compliance with supervision requirements as per the respective Board's regulations.

Requirements

• Licensed Masters in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or Nursing (or in process of obtaining licensure).
• For R.N. candidates, must have Psychiatric Mental Health Accreditation from the American Nurses Credentialing Center.
• Compliance with all supervision requirements of their respective Board.

Nice To Haves

• One year's experience in working with the mental health population is recommended but not required.
• Ability to work therapeutically with the SMI population is desired.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a caseload of consumers and complete accurate, current records of that caseload.
• Conduct Diagnostic Screening Assessments, Health Assessments (initial and annual), and Bio-Psychosocial Assessments (initial and annual).
• Develop and review Treatment Plans and Treatment/Service Plan Reviews.
• Participate in Continuing Care and Termination Summaries.
• Attend regularly scheduled staffing, case conferences, and consultations with other staff as needed.
• Perform all other duties outlined in the current job description.
