The American Chemical Society (ACS) is the world's largest scientific membership association and one of the top five scholarly publishers in the world. The Publications Division of the ACS provides to its members and the worldwide scientific community a comprehensive collection of high-quality information products and services for the practice and advancement of the chemical sciences. The Division publishes 80+ high-quality peer-reviewed journals that cover the breadth of chemistry and allied fields, as well as a weekly magazine, peer-reviewed digital books, and reference works (ACS Reagents, ACS Guide to Scholarly Communications). Within the ACS Publications Division, the Global Editorial Operations (GEO) team performs four main functions: Editorial Services, Researcher Products & Engagement, Publishing Integrity Office, and ACS eBooks & eReferences. The Publication Data and Ethics Manager will report to the Manager of the Publishing Integrity Office and will divide time between publication ethics case management and data analysis support. This role involves providing guidance and best practice information to internal stakeholders and developing and enforcing data policies and standards across the ACS journal portfolio.
