About The Position

The Technology Business Analyst Manager at EY will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, specifically focusing on SAP technology to enhance client operations. This position involves managing and delivering high-quality processes and solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and driving continuous improvement and innovation.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of related work experience
• At least 5 years of combined experience working with SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and SAP Advanced Planning & Optimization (APO)
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills
• Experience managing an SAP project or workstream and project-based team members
• Knowledge of leading practices, benchmarking, peer company environments and prior advisory experience relevant to industry specific finance and technology functions
• Ability and comfort level researching client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices, and new technologies
• A flexibility and willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 40-60%

Nice To Haves

• Prior consulting industry experience
• SAP Certification/s
• Experience with at least three full cycle implementations of your core module
• Experience with Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (PPDS)

Responsibilities

• Lead the translation of business requirements into technical specifications
• Evaluate and ensure alignment of technology solutions with business objectives
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in processes and solutions
• Manage and deliver high-quality processes, solutions, or projects with a focus on risk management
• Oversee professional employees or supervise teams to achieve complex technical initiatives
• Maintain billable client charging, lead delivery streams, manage projects, and engage with external clients daily
