About The Position
The position involves leading the design, configuration, and implementation of Record to Report (RTR) processes in SAP HANA. The candidate will work closely with finance teams to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring alignment with SAP solutions. Responsibilities include configuring SAP HANA modules for General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets, and Financial Reporting, as well as optimizing system performance for efficient financial closing, reporting, and compliance. The role also requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules and providing expertise in SAP HANA database and analytics for improved reporting and insights. Additionally, the candidate will manage and resolve RTR-related system issues, provide end-user training and post-implementation support, and ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies while supporting external and internal audits.
