About The Position

The SAP IBP IT Demand Planning Solution Architect is a functional IT role responsible for supporting, designing, implementing, and optimizing the SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) solution for Frito Lay North America's Demand Planning and Demand Sensing processes. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the delivery of global solution capabilities as defined by the PepsiCo Global Template, focusing on enhancing the Forecast To Schedule process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 5+ years of experience configuring and deploying Supply Chain Planning applications, focusing on SAP Demand Planning.
• 2+ years of SAP IBP IT experience involving complex Key Figure configuration, planning area, templates, jobs creation, and performance tuning.
• 2+ years of SAP S4 experience required; prior SAP ECC experience is a plus.
• IT expertise in demand planning and demand sensing submodules of SAP IBP across multiple business units.
• Experience in Demand and Supply Planning solution evaluations and application in planning and scheduling processes.

Nice To Haves

• Prior SAP APO experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with SAP SolMan 7+, CHARM, Azure Dev Ops, Service Now, Control-M, and MS Project.
• Consulting background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and support the end-to-end process to meet SLAs, including SAP IBP DP jobs monitoring and overall IBP system readiness.
• Drive completion of key project activities in collaboration with the Demand DSO Team members and business partners.
• Act as an advocate of change and challenge the status quo to drive optimum solutions.
• Understand process interdependencies and ensure the design of fully integrated process solutions with other process teams.
• Collaborate with Global Process Owners, Global Process Leads, Solution Design Leads, and Value Stream Leads on issue resolution and process design recommendations.
• Engage with SAP vendors via the incident process and resolve tickets effectively.
• Deliver high-quality outcomes under tight timelines.
