About The Position

The Salesforce Loyalty Management Manager at Accenture is responsible for leading Salesforce.com implementation engagements specifically focused on loyalty management within the travel industry. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills to effectively manage client expectations, project performance, and team dynamics. The manager will oversee the development of integrated project plans, monitor quality management processes, and support pre-sales activities, ensuring that the solutions delivered align with client needs and expectations.

Requirements

  • Experience supporting Loyalty Management/Travel clients and/or the Travel Industry.
  • A minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in project management, business analysis, and technology implementation in full life-cycle Cloud/CRM engagements.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in Cloud Computing (SaaS, PaaS) and Salesforce.com.
  • A minimum of 4 years' experience in Cloud Computing project implementation.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience leading teams.
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Salesforce.com implementation engagement for loyalty management/travel and provide engagement leadership.
  • Assess engagement performance, risks, issues, and impact on solution and service delivery commitments.
  • Own development of a plan to review and manage client expectations throughout delivery.
  • Create an integrated project plan showing the high-level flow of project milestones and dependencies across projects.
  • Lead business and functional requirements definition and prioritization/scoping of requirements.
  • Monitor and control the quality management process, manage expectations, and conduct milestone reviews.
  • Manage program/project's financial, resource strategy, and contingency.
  • Disseminate best practices on solution positioning and delivery.
  • Build and maintain high-performance teams.
  • Support pre-sales activities including participating in sales calls and proposal development.
