Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a Sales Support, Customer Service, or Account Management role, preferably within the cheese/dairy or food industry.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• A proactive self-starter with a strong work ethic and results-oriented mindset.
• A passion for sales, with a desire to develop into an Account or Sales Manager role.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to translate business objectives into customer interactions.
• Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Effective communicator with the ability to work well in both team and customer-facing environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the sales team.
• Communicate effectively with customers, ensuring excellent service and follow-up on inquiries.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer information.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support sales strategies and execution of plans.
• Assist in preparing and executing sales presentations and promotional materials.
• Process orders, track deliveries, and manage customer complaints or concerns with professionalism.
• Analyze sales data and provide insights to help drive sales strategies and goals.
