About the position
The Sales Project Manager, Operations role at Whalar is responsible for managing operational campaign delivery and supporting the Sales team. Reporting to the Director of Sales Operations, the ideal candidate will assist in the successful delivery of new business processes and oversee operational elements post-sale. They will project manage campaign delivery, collaborate with different departments, and help shape internal processes and growth. The candidate should have agency or brand experience, be highly organized, and have a solid understanding of the social media advertising ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a partner to Sales leads
- Assist the team in the successful delivery of the new business process and oversee operational elements post-sale
- Project manage, organize, and direct the day-to-day operations of campaign delivery
- Work closely with all departments to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget
- Organize and lead internal meetings, campaign status check-ins, and review ongoing projects/proposals
- Manage campaign-specific risks and proactively identify solutions
- Help shape internal department process and growth
- Collaborate with clients, finance, operational, and senior leadership teams
- Minimum of 1+ year agency or brand experience
- Highly organized with strong attention-to-detail
- Solid understanding of the social media advertising ecosystem
- Appreciate and understand the value of creativity
- Thrive in a collaborative, flexible, and scrappy environment
- Curious self-starter with a solutions-oriented mindset

Requirements
